Three vendors are calling on Miami-Dade County, Fla., officials to nullify the results of a recent competition for a new account-based ticketing back office and to throw out Cubic Transportation Systems’ first place ranking, Mobility Payments has learned.
The rival vendors, Masabi, moovel and Indra–in strongly worded letters of complaint (download below)–argue that the procurement process has been severely damaged by a conflict of interest and other irregularities.
